Please open the Gmail website gmail.com 

Insert your gmail account (email address). And then click Next.

 

On the next page, please click Forgot password?

 

Insert the captcha and then click Continue

Click Continue

 
 Choose SMS or Phone call that you receive verification code on your phone. And then click Continue
 

Insert the code that you receive on your phone. And then click Continue.
 

Insert your new password and confirm your new password. And then click Change Password

 

Congratulations! your Gmail password was successfully changed.
