Resize Image use Image Editor in the Website Online
You don't need to install image editor application. Just open the image editor website, you can resize your image. This is step by step to resize image via website online.
Open the online image resizer website http://resizeimage.net/
Click Upload an Image button
And then choose your image. For example I choose Telegram.png, After that click Open.
Scroll your mouse to the middle of page. In the 4th number "Resize your Image" type your image size you want.
For example from 236x236. I change 500x500, like this.
Scroll your mouse to the bottom of page.
In the 7th number, click Resize Image button.
Wait until the process finish. And then click Download Image button. The display like this
Click OK
It's finish. Happy trying..
